What is your local delivery area?
At Your Service Gifts is located in Coleman, Michigan.  We personally hand deliver all gifts to local addresses.  Our local delivery area includes much of the central Michigan area:

What is the charge for local delivery?
Because we deliver to such a large area of central Michigan the delivery charge varies considerably by address.  We recommend you place your order by phone so we can let you know the correct delivery charge based on the address of the recipient.  Call us at (989)465-0484 or Toll Free at (888) 650-6670 for more information.




Shipping Information
Shipping is from Michigan except for select gifts that come directly from the manufacturer.  Our packages are shipped by USPS or UPS.  Most packages are shipped via USPS Priority and you can generally expect your gift to arrive in 2-3 days.  A confirmation of your order is sent immediately and a shipping confirmation is sent after your gift has been shipped.  If you have other questions about shipping just send us an email and we'll be happy to help. 



When will my order be shipped?
During most of the year, orders are generally shipped out the same day or next day  from when you place your order (depending on what time of the day your order was placed).  During busy holiday times your gift may take longer to be shipped and to arrive so we suggest you plan ahead and order early.  Most packages are shipped via USPS Priority and you can generally expect your gift to arrive in 2-3 days.  A confirmation of your order is sent immediately and a shipping confirmation is sent after your gift has been shipped.    
Can you make a "food" gift basket for someone with diet restrictions?
Certainly!  We're happy to help you create the perfect gift for someone who follows a special diet.  Examples include Kosher, Diabetic or Low/No sugar, Low Fat and many others.  Give us a call at (989) 465-0484 or Toll Free at (888) 650-6670 and we'll custom create a gift that is perfect for them.  




Can I get a gift basket like one shown on the web site, but with different colors/products?
Of course!  We love designing custom baskets!  If you see something on the web site that you like, but you know that "She just hates purple!" or "He never eats chocolate!" then we will gladly substitute another color or product - or just make a brand new gift from scratch to fit your needs.  You can let us know your preferences in the comments section on the order form, or contact us by phone (989) 465-0484 or email to let us know what you would like.  





Where can I go to look at some of your gift baskets?  Do you have a store?
We have a design showroom in Coleman, Michigan featuring some of our most popular gift basket designs as well as seasonal and holiday gift items.  Our showroom is open by appointment only.  For directions to our showroom please call us at (989) 465-0484.





Do you do any other type of gifts besides gift baskets?

What types of payment do you accept?
At Your Service Gifts accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.  We also accept personal or business checks if paid in advance or if you have an account in good standing with us. 




I'm nervous about ordering something online. Is it safe?
